Join us for our Pisces New Moon Cacao Ceremony Online Retreat hosted via zoom. Monday 28th February at 7.00pm.

Provide yourself own cacao sacraments

SPACES ARE LIMITED so every group member is fully held in a sacred space in a heartfelt group hosted online via zoom

Ceremony in tune with wheel of the year. moon and astrological energies all unfolding on in the ceremony.

Please provide your own fair traded raw cacao powder or ceremonial grade cacao (note: regular ‘hot chocolate’ ie Cadbury’s won’t cut it!)

• Please mix your cacao with water or plant based milks such as oat, nut or hemp and avoid dairy milk

• feel free to add sweetners (agave it honey, please NO SUGAR as this will lower its vibration)

please add to taste;

• cinnamon

• cloves

• medicinal mushroom such as reishi or chaga

• cayenne

• sea salt

• please do not add any artificial sweetners or synthetic ingredients

Avoid eating for at least 2 hours before the ceremony

Pre prepare your sacrament in a sacred space while playing or chanting the mantra OM or a mantra of light in your kitchen space .

Please have your drink ready in a flask with your cup blanket pillow and water bottle
