What is your returns policy?
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but if for any reason you are unhappy with any item purchased through our website, then please call us on +44 (0)1335 370272 within 14 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to arrange a refund or exchange.
If you require a refund we will refund the price paid by you for the goods (including the initial standard delivery charge, but not the additional cost of any premium delivery option that was chosen) within fourteen (14) days of receiving your returned goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or your notifying us of cancellation.
The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods unless they notify the Seller within 7 days of their receipt. This does not affect the customers statutory rights). If no such action has been taken, Rhythm of Beauty shall consider the products being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for their purpose and may not accept any reject at a later date.
Items can only be returned for a refund if they are unopened, unused and in a re-saleable condition with all tamper-resistant seals.
Unless the goods are faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of returning them to us. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage when you do so.
In cases where the return of the goods is due to a defect or discrepancy in the order, the Customer is entitled to a full refund or replacement. We will also refund the delivery charge for sending the item to you and the cost incurred by you for returning the item. The faulty or damaged product must be returned as soon as possible. Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage.

How do I cancel my order?
You have the statutory right to cancel your order, but no later than 14 working days after the day after you receive the product. You can also cancel your order at any time prior to the order being processed. Please be aware that orders are usually processed on the same day that they are received. Please call or email with your name, address and order reference number.
You also have the statutory right to withdraw from the order at any time after it has been dispatched, but no later than 7 working days after the day after you receive the product.
